Wheat’s Newly Improved Variety – URO Super 333

URO Super 333 is a newly developed and advanced wheat variety known for its high yield, disease resistance, and strong tolerance against lodging (falling over). Unlike the existing wheat varieties, which are vulnerable to lodging and diseases due to heavy rains, strong winds, and changing climatic conditions—often causing a yield loss of 50–80%—URO SUPER 333 stands out for its high resistance. Its deep root system and strong, thick stem make it highly tolerant to lodging.

Sowing Time
The ideal sowing period is between 25th October and 15th November.

Crop Duration
Depending on the weather and region, the crop matures in 140 to 150 days.

Timely Sowing Advantage
This variety performs best when sown on time. Late sowing may lead to reduced yield. The leaves of this variety are broad and dark green, with waxy spikes appearing during heading. The spikes are medium-dense, long, and white in color. The plant also produces a significant amount of straw. With proper care and timely sowing, farmers can achieve high-quality and abundant yields.

Fertilizer and Nutrient Recommendation
Generally, 50 kg/acre of DAP and 20–30 kg of Potash or 60 kg NPK (12:32:16) is sufficient.

Special Notes

• During the first top dressing, apply 1 kg Poshan + 1 kg Uro Nimax + 500 g Baazigar per acre.

• For the second top dressing, using Baazigar Gold and Uro Josh along with urea is beneficial.

• Optionally, you can use 50–100 kg Uro Power or Care Dabang in the last week of July to improve soil fertility.
